Booking / Cancellations

A non refundable deposit of 25 % of the total rental charge is required at the time of booking; all bookings must be made through Padstow Holidays, the agent.  The remaining balance of the rental charge must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Reminders are not sent out by Padstow Holidays.  A booking will only be accepted with a completed signed Padstow Holidays official booking form via e mail or post.  All cancellations must be made in writing either by e mail or post before 6 weeks of the holiday arrival date . Where the tenant cancels their booking they will remain liable for the full amount of the holiday rental.  However if Padstow Holidays are able to re rent the accommodation then Padstow Holidays will return any monies paid, minus any expenses occurred.
